You might not have a CV on LinkedIn, but it pulls the details of the individuals from blogs, events and thesis. It does not limit itself for technical positions but covers any vertical.

Assessment
Shortlisted candidates are also sent assessment test links which are instant scorers, and are random in nature and no two sets of questions appear from a pool of 20,000 candidates on a single day. The question library is vast and also provides the freedom to upload customized questions. Artificial Intelligence based Ranking enables them to move on to their next level which is a face off with a Technical/Sales Recruiter. The code compiler option is covered in all 16 industry languages and can parallelly assess the key strokes while attempting a question.
Technical Interviews again in this case come from the company’s competitor network and ex-employees who are vetted and understand the skills that one is looking for. After each Recorded Interview the Hiring Manager also rates the Technical Recruiter for the interview, this way this whole affair is scored and benefits with high scores are always awarded. This keeps the morale of the Tech Recruiters too. Hence, everyone is serious about getting the right candidate through.
